Irina Lazarenko, the Director of the Holiday Travel was trained at Belarusian State Economy University, with an MD in hospitality and BA in management at International Nongovernmental University of Labour and Social Relations. Irina fell into travel and tourism after a few years of travelling around the world as a student and has always loved holidays to the seaside.
"While working in travel I have visited splendid places and met outstanding people and it was a great experience achieved from tourism. In recent years I have seen the travel industry in Belarus change and develop and have learned and gained much experience. Andrei Burdenkov took the decision to work in the travel industry during his course in Minsk State Linguistic University. He decided to get the necessary qualifications needed for the tourism industry and chose tourism as a major. Andrei started his career in 2005 in an independent travel agency in Minsk. He then had a period of work experience at another travel agency where they did everything from rail and air tickets to tailor-made individual holidays. He is now about to accomplish his BA in translation at Linguistic University and enroll on senior management courses at Belarusian State University.
Andrei takes special pleasure in working in a team of professionals making any kind of arrangements for inbound individual tourists. He is improving his knowledge of Belarusian culture, history and traditions to ensure that travellers get objective and interesting information about the country and the culture.
