The cellar was built observing ancient traditions with the atmosphere of a 17th century French castle reconstructed in detail. The bottles are kept in wall niches and wine-testing barrel-shaped wooden tables are built into the walls. A certain temperature and humidity and special conditions necessary for correct wine preservation are maintained in the cellar. These secrets are not kept in written form - they succeed from master to his apprentice.
It can't be stressed enough that the wide range of elite wines deserves special attention. And here comes the pleasant news: a prominent Belarusian chef sommelier of the restaurant Alexei Mihalchik conducts the guided tours around the cellar. The groups of 6-8 guests are guided by him into the cellar for a half-hours' walk and testing session. After the excursion, the guests are invited upstairs with the rest of the dinner expecting them after this aperitif. At the end of the tour a special certificate is issued to each guest as a reminder of this pleasant event.
