It is normally available on weekends (for the rest of the week the hotel is booked by organisations) and seems to be the only place in Minsk where you can find a refurbished Deluxe room at such a low price. Although the hotel doesn't provide breakfast, you can dine at a restaurant in the same building. The AGAT Hotel overlooks the river and park zone which is a source of fresh air and the surroundings are very calming.
