Getting to the 40 Let Pobedy Hotel from the airport is a 40 minute drive either by taxi, which you could get at the airport, or by hired car. Taxi cars are usually yellow-plated. If you arrive by railway it is even easier - walk out of the Railway Station and go to the far left - to the tram stop. Take a tram 1, 4 or 7 to Ulitsa Zaharova Stop and then ask people about the hotel. It is opposite the white District Administration building that can be seen from the crossing.
